We are currently looking for a Part Time Intake Coordinator to join our Team in Salt Lake City, UT.
This position will be responsible for:
Creating case by obtaining employee demographic information
Send appropriate notification to the client
Task Clinician follow-up
Create a case (if applicable)
Send notification to the client
Assign Clinician to created case
Premium compensation for bi-lingual Spanish speaking
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (4 hours)
