    We are currently looking for a Full Time Regional Occupational Health Manager to work from home and join our growing onsite health services team.

     

    Responsibilities

    The Regional Occupational Health Manager is responsible for oversight of select clinic operations, account management and implementation of new sites.

     

    • Oversite / Management of assigned onsite clinics:
      • Manage onsite clinic staff
        • Provide performance management feedback
      • Manage client relationship with site level corporate contacts
      • Review and develop clinic Policy and Procedures
      • Work with WorkCare’s Medical Director assigned to client/site on any clinical issues that need to be escalated
      • Support/coordinate follow-up activities related to proprietary 24/7 Incident Intervention cases from after-hours
      • Actively work with WorkCare HR department to find temporary, coverage for absent clinical staff
      • Provide regular reporting to clients and management and coordinate client account management activities
    • Onsite implementation(s):
      • Work with WorkCare HR department to recruit and hire required staff
        • Ensure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs
        • Train for and establish and environment of Continuous Quality Improvement
        • Ensure proper equipment is in place at onsite clinic
      • Onsite clinic fill-in as needed:
        • To the extent possible, perform same or similar duties of absent clinical staff and within applicable state licensure guidelines
        • Provide additional occupational health duties as assigned
      • Support business development for on-site locations:
        • Develops new sales opportunities by attending local, regional and national conferences and identifies new prospects
        • Identifies new business opportunity venues and develops recommendations

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid RN license required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) preferred
    • Experience in account management
    • Experience managing staff remotely a plus
    • Possesses the ability to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
    • Must be extremely detail oriented and possess critical thinking skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
    • Must be able to effectively handle team dynamics and potentially high pressure client demands and deadlines
    • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
    • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed
    • Up to 25% travel required
