    We are currently looking for a Full Time Intake Coordinator to join our Team in Salt Lake City, UT.


    This position will be responsible for:


    • Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate associates
    • Entering cases into database system
      • Creating case by obtaining employee demographic information
      • Send appropriate notification to the client
      • Task Clinician follow-up
    • Review after hour messages and Clinician notes
      • Create a case (if applicable)
      • Enter documentation
      • Send notification to the client
      • Assign Clinician to created case
    • Providing assistance to WorkCare Clinicians in case follow up, clinic visitations, medical records and case notes
    • Contact clinics or hospitals to obtain employee medical records as needed
    • Enter and create cases received from other department based on state guidelines schedule clinic visits for Nurses, Onsites and II department
    • This position will also provide administrative support as needed to the Incident Intervention department.


    • Must have a High School degree or equivalent. College degree is highly preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience. Medical Assistant looking to do administrative work preferred.
    • Must have excellent computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Must have excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills required.
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Requires a demonstrated ability to learn new software and maintain confidentiality.
    • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
    • Medical terminology and background a plus.
