    We are currently looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Anaheim, CA.


    • Organize and maintain Client Implementation Files
    • Organize and maintain Account Management Meeting Agenda and Notes
    • Coordinate and approve payment of invoices
    • Make travel arrangements as needed
    • Create forms as needed and/or coordinate with Corporate Communications Staff on forms
    • Assist with new client implementation processes
      • Clinic Geo match
      • Coordination with client on training and communication issues
    • Assist with department metrics
      • Daily metric reporting
      • Preparation of quarterly bonus program data
    • Follow up on assigned Pending Lab Tests in Question
    • Follow up on team Unbilled Charges report
    • Assist with managing of Incoming Team Faxes
    • Managing and Updating Client Employee Listings



    • Must have high school degree or equivalent.
    • Additional college education to Associates Degree preferred
    • 3-5 years’ experience in an office assisting high level management and/or multiple departments
    • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Strong analytical and project management skills required
    • Highly detail oriented
    • Strong negotiating skills required
    • Ability to handle the unexpected challenges that may happen prior to and during an event
    • Familiarity with project management software is highly desirable
    • The ability to create and edit written materials
    • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
    • The skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
    • The ability to gather data and compile information and prepare reports
    • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
