    We are currently looking for a Full Time Case Coordinator to join our team in Anaheim, CA.


    This position is responsible for processing correspondence related to requests for leave, and quality assurance standards.  Additionally, this position is responsible for preparing and presenting other business related correspondence as needed. 


    1.  Responsible for responding to requests for leave. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Providing exceptional customer service by exhibiting a high sense of urgency, exceptional follow up and follow through and positive communications, both verbally and in writing.
    • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and conformance to the workflow process before moving case to the next level.
    • Compiling and developing all language changes needed to maintain an updated language library and knowledgebase.
    • Serving as a subject matter expert for the department’s complex cases.
    • Demonstrating attention to details as well as thoroughly reviewing documentation through WorkCare’s case management system. 
    • Performing job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
    • Identifying issues and concerns as they arise and bringing them forward to the supervisor to develop a plan for resolution.

    2.  Responsible for writing letters and other business related documents.  Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Reads source documents and creates complex letters based on leave information and recommendation.
    • Composes correspondence; creates modifies and revises forms.
    • Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
    • Writes clear and concise instructions for departmental tasks.

    3.  Fully reviews all aspects of leave requests and makes recommendations that are consistent with the client’s policies and procedures. 

    4.  Acts as a subject matter expert and training resource for various departmental tasks.

    5.  Participates in the preparation of client presentations and meetings. 

    6.  Completes special projects and performs additional duties and assumes additional responsibilities as identified by supervisor for the efficient operation of WorkCare.



    • High school degree required
    • Some college course work preferred
    • 2 years’ experience working with federal and state leave of absence administration preferred
    • Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) knowledge a plus
    • Strong PC skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to learn new software as needed
    • Proven ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
    • Critical thinking skills a must
    • Make independent decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures; and take initiative various issues that may arise
    • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization
    • Must have knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar
    • Must have the ability to perform basic math functions
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
    • Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports and/or presentations
