    We are currently looking for a Full Time Account Manager to join our team in Anaheim, CA.


    This position is responsible for managing a group of client’s medical examinations and reporting needs. 


    Responsible for overall production and performance of team activities including client satisfaction through the daily management of assigned staff.


    1.  Responsible for managing a group of client’s medical examinations and reporting needs. Primary duties include but are not limited to:

    a.  Manage client expectations

             i. Turnaround on scheduling of clients assigned

                   ii. Turnaround on reporting of medical exam results

                  iii. Keeping upon on regulations and working on communications

    b.  Manage client’s panels and doing internal match to current panels and then sourcing new panels through

         the labs.

    c.  Scheduling and completion of corporate health exams.
    d.  Verify past medical records to authorize protocols for current exams.
    e.  Maintain correct database of client, employees and clinic information. Update as necessary.
    f.   Interface between labs and clinics for supplies and results.
    g.  Report Work Clearances, keeping contractual obligations.
    h.  Maintain turnaround on monthly billings
    i.   Schedule and runs client specific reports on an as needed basis.
    j.   Quality Assurance of client issues with WorkCare, Lab and Clinic vendors.
    k.  Bring problems or concerns expressed by client(s) to the department manager.


    2.  Provide supervision to assigned staff.

    a. Manage team administratively and technically

    b. Provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member. Write and administer

        performance reviews for skill improvement.

    c. Insure employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.

    d. Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy. Prepare warnings and communicate

         effectively with employees on warnings and make effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective

         action as required.


    3.  Assist in the recruitment of Client Relations Representatives

    4.  Attend conference calls as needed.

    5.  Meet deadlines and company goals.

    6.  Assist with yearend Annual Report process.


    • High school degree required
    • Some college course work preferred
    • 1-2 years’ experience in managing client accounts
    • 1-2 years’ experience supervising employees/team
    • Strong PC skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to learn new software as needed
    • Proven ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
    • Critical thinking skills a must
    • Make independent decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures; and take initiative various issues that may arise
    • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
    • Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports and/or presentations
