    We are currently looking for a Full Time Graphic Designer to join our team in Anaheim, CA.


    This is a hands-on position for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position requires:

    • Experience with multitasking under tight deadlines.


    The successful candidate will have an exceptional graphic design portfolio, a mastery of graphics software programs, website development experience, proficiency with MS Office Suite, and familiarity with video production and animation.

    The position is suitable for an individual with a collaborative nature.

    The Graphic Designer will perform a wide variety of duties to help support internal communications, business development, marketing initiatives and public relations efforts.


    • Develop visually stimulating, brand-compliant graphic design work for the web, print, video and other digital platforms as directed by the Director, Marketing and Communications and in close collaboration with senior leadership and account managers
    • Performs a variety of graphic design and administrative functions to contribute to companywide communications, branding, marketing, sales, public relations, educational and production efforts
      • Ensure brand compliance across all internal and external collateral materials
    • Manage content and leading design for web initiatives
    • Designing/editing multiple digital or print-based communications, such as:
      • promotional materials
      • email blasts
      • newsletters
      • posters
      • booklets
      • flyers
      • brochures
      • PowerPoint presentations
      • animations
      • training materials
      • business cards
      • letterhead
    • Take digital photographs and video for assigned projects
    • Assist with measuring usage of internal/external web areas and other communications
    • Prepare associated reports
    • Perform a wide variety of general to complex office duties
    • Utilize knowledge and understanding of software capabilities for the following functions:
      • word processing
      • presentation (PowerPoint)
      • spreadsheets
      • database management
    • Use software to create and edit letters, proposals, memoranda, reports, or other materials from rough draft
    • Review and proof documents for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to style guides; Creates, modifies and revises forms
    • Assists in conference coordination, including document copying, assembly and shipping and managing exhibitor details
    • Brainstorm and develop design solutions and concepts from start to finish
    • Screen all design and promotional material to assure cohesive look and compliance to brand
    • Provide innovative design solutions to visually present reports, sales proposals, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, brochures and metrics in a visually stimulating and engaging manner
    • Market and promote awareness of services offered
    • Oversee internal newsletter, edit and screen for creative content, design layouts for covers and articles
    • Communicate with contracted clients to customize promotional, training and educational material
    • Build email blasts for correspondence to internal and external business
    • Coordinate with printing and supply vendors and process orders


    • AA degree with emphasis in Graphic Design required
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, media arts or related field preferred
    • At least 3 year’s Graphic Design experience working in a corporate team environment
    • Possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
    • Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Adobe After Effects CS5, WordPress CMS, HTML, CSS is preferred, but not required
    • Experience working with Premier Pro and After Effects a plus
    • Understand brand development and ability to follow company branding guidelines.
    • Self-motivated, responsive and well-organized
    • Strong understanding of the complementary and opposing forces of visual design and interactive design in context of overall user experience
    • Demonstrated understanding of design requirements for a variety of platforms (browser usability, cross-platform compatibility, color and quick loading of images, etc.) is required
    • Ability to maintain a professional approach with others in deadline-sensitive, multi-tasking situations
    • Ability to work independently and also work well as part of a small team
    • Ability to take initiative on projects and feel comfortable providing effective feedback and suggestions on department projects, etc.
