    We are currently seeking an Undergraduate Intern; Data Analytics to join our dynamic team in Anaheim, CA.

     

     

    Internship is expected to last up to 12 weeks.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Download, prepare, and analyze complex datasets in Excel, SharePoint, and/or SQL Server
    • Analyze and identify common data integrity issues (entry and/or storage errors) in the database; document methodology used in these analyses
    • Create reports with suggestions for database improvement (e.g., data validation rules)
    • Develop a data dictionary of current fields within the database
    • Create email subscriptions on reporting platform for automated reports
    • Support other Analytics staff operations as needed (e.g., reports, research, or documentation)

    Qualifications

      • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
      • Rising Junior or Senior preferred
      • Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables, graphing)
      • Intermediate database skills (e.g., SQL queries, data integrity analysis, database schemas)
      • Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, and/or programming languages preferred
      • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Apply critical thinking for the purpose of analysis
      • Solid quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
