    We are currently looking for a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Somerville, NJ. 


    • This position is responsible for scheduling client health exams via telephone
    • Maintaining correct databases regarding clients, employees and clinic information
    • Interfacing between labs and clinics for supplies and results
    • Reporting work clearances and troubleshooting client concerns
    • This position is an integral part of our organization in that there is a large amount of front line client contact



    • Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Pleasant phone manner is required. Must have good customer service skills.
    • Must be able to work well under pressure meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
    • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Must be able to work well in a team environment.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Data entry experience a plus.
    • Previous customer service experience via telephone a plus
