    We are currently looking for a Full Time Programmer Level I to join our Information Technology department in Anaheim, CA.


    This position works with the VP of Technology and/or Technical Analyst and/or Programmer Level II to provide programming support for the WorkLink software product, WorkLink clients and WorkLink users.


    1. Provides programming support under the direction of the VP of Technology and/or Technical Analyst.
    2. Implements error free application software updates/fixes in a timely manner working closely with the Technical Analyst.
    3. Performs Quality Assurance testing based on existing procedures and processes identified and defined by Technical Analyst.
    4. Maintains assigned applications at or above the performance level ascertained by the Technical Analyst and/or Vice President of Technology.
    5. Provides fixes and patches under direction of Technical Analyst and/or Programmer Level II.
    6. Adheres strictly to IT Department policies, procedures and standards including, but not limited to, change control, documentation, testing and performance.
    7. Coordinates with end-users, vendors and consultants as needed.
    8. Provides on-call support as needed.
    9. Performs additional duties and assumes additional responsibilities as identified by supervisor for the efficient operation of WorkCare.


    • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related-field or Technical Certification
    • Must have knowledge of the following program languages:  
    • classic ASP
    • VB6
    • C#
    • NET
    • HTML
    • Javascript
    • Knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005
    • Microsoft Reporting Services 2005
    • Extensive knowledge of Structured Query Language and relational databases such as, but not limited to: Access and SQL Server
    • Knowledge of off-the-shelf software for office productivity, such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications, Macromedia applications and Adobe programs 
    • Must be able to adjust and is flexible to meet changing work needs and deadlines
    • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must have a strong customer focus and ability to work within a team of service-oriented individuals
    • Must have a passionate commitment for extraordinary levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
