We are currently looking for a PRN Radiologic Technologist to join our client site in Green Valley, AZ. 


  • X-Ray:
    • Take x-rays; following federal, state and local regulations and medical standards
    • Keep appropriate log books, records, scheduling maintenance and calibration as required
  • Clinical:
    • Obtain vital signs
    • Perform Wellness examinations (body fat, aerobic capacity assessment, upper body strength)
    • Perform laboratory duties such as phlebotomy, urinalysis, cholesterol and blood glucose testing, and immunizations as needed
    • Administer first-aid and medical treatment such as suture removal, ear/eye irrigation, apply splint and dressing as directed by practitioner
    • Calibrates medical equipment at appropriate interval
    • Performs sterilization of medical equipment
    • Upkeep and cleaning of exam room, lab and personal office space
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • First response for incoming call, direct and handle or take message
    • First contact to schedule all appointments, referral and consultations
    • Coordinates patient care
    • Enter and edit patient information in OHM such as scheduling, encounters, procedures and demographics
    • Assist in coordinating third-party appointment and acquiring test results such as x-rays and stress test
    • Maintain charts and make up new chart for all new employees or as necessary
    • Maintain stock copies of all office forms


  • Must hold current and valid Arizona X-Ray Certification
  • At least two years’ performing x-ray experience preferred
  • At least six months of experience in a medical practice setting required, one year preferred
  • Must hold First-Aid and CPR certification
  • Demonstrates the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality
  • Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to operationalize comprehensive , safe and effective occupational medical practice
  • Willing/able to manage and prioritize simultaneous tasks and to organize resources for goal attainment
  • Maintains a professional demeanor/approach during stressful circumstances
  • Able to create and modify written materials and to initiate and complete self-directed projects when needs are identified
  • Maintains effective communication with a varied work force
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, compile information and prepare reports
  • Possesses strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

This position is located at an open-pit mine where there will be exposure to dust, loud noise on occasion and extreme hot and cold temperatures.
