We are currently looking for a Full Time Account Manager to Work From Home and join our team.

 

Responsibilities

 

As the primary business contact for assigned clients, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization. This position will serve to manage the expectations of their assigned clients and resolve any disruptions that occur during the service delivery process in a timely manner. The goal is to maintain the Company’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients and to encourage the client(s) to expand their use of other WorkCare services.

  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
  • Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
    • Facilitate contract and contract renewals for new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the Manager, Account Management to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status to identify issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
    • Assists with implementation of new clients
  • Be aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving Sales and Operations.
    • Support Sales with RFP’s and other sales opportunities
  • Travel to client sites and conferences as needed

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in account management
  • Experience working with large employers preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or benefits preferred
  • Possesses the ability to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Must be extremely detail oriented and possess critical thinking skills
  • Must be motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressure
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality
  • Must have the ability to maintain a professional approach with others in job-demanding multitasking and/or project support situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Must be competent in the Windows operating system environment, Adobe Professional, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and learn other software as needed
  • Up to 5% travel required
