We are currently looking for a Full Time Account Manager to Work From Home and join our team.
As the primary business contact for assigned clients, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization. This position will serve to manage the expectations of their assigned clients and resolve any disruptions that occur during the service delivery process in a timely manner. The goal is to maintain the Company’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients and to encourage the client(s) to expand their use of other WorkCare services.
